Bike Love Weekend '06

So I am back from Guatemala and kickin' it. Overall I had a total blast despite a couple interesting incidents (I finished my trip volenteering at a turtle reserve). Anyway I am trying to get caught up on the low down that is happening in Vancouver.

  1. K8-T Js' Alley Kitten
    • The cutest little bike comp ever. 18in wheels max.

  2. PSR Guerilla Art Install
    • Jim Hoehnle of PedalPlay invites you to the unveiling of a new sculpture. This is a guerilla install, so the location is a secret fer now.
    • Multimedia, music and performance on the PedalPowered soundsystem. Blender cocktails.
    • More details closer to the day. 9pm - late, after the alley kitkat, location tba. *hint* stay near the skytrain

    • after party in the minibike thunderdome....goes late late late

    • Ifny has outlined a contest of epic proportions competition and savagery....I am seriously frightened.
  4. Hasten the Demise
    • Shuttle so one driver needed and provided
    • Down mountain speeds clocked at 75kph..is that fast enough?...a beautiful view and cold beer store at the bottom...also a lovely set of bowls
